This exhibition marks a milestone for Cartier, celebrating 25 years in the UAE. The brand’s connection to the region dates back to the early 20th century, when Jacques Cartier first explored the Middle East, drawing inspiration from its culture and traditions. This influence continues to shape Cartier’s designs today.

A journey through three worlds

Visitors will embark on a journey through three distinct themes, each reflecting an element of Dubai’s history and natural beauty:

  • The Sea – Honoring Dubai’s deep-rooted maritime heritage, this section highlights the pearling industry and dhow boat craftsmanship that shaped the region’s early trade and prosperity.
  • Nature – Inspired by the desert’s vast landscapes, this chapter showcases how the UAE’s resilient flora and fauna influence Cartier’s creations, reflecting strength and elegance.
  • Cultural Heritage – This section pays tribute to the region’s rich traditions, with the golden dunes symbolising Emirati history.

The exhibition’s grand finale is a celestial-inspired showcase, featuring radiant loose diamonds and gemstones arranged to resemble a sky full of stars. This breathtaking display highlights Cartier’s passion for transforming natural beauty into extraordinary jewellery.

With Journey of Wonders, Cartier invites visitors to experience the harmony of heritage and craftsmanship, celebrating the timeless inspirations that connect the Maison to the UAE.
