Balenciaga made its presence known at the 78th annual Cannes Film Festival, dressing a standout group of guests for the Kering Women in Motion Awards and the Presidential Dinner, held at Place de la Castre on May 18. The Kering chairman wore a custom-made Balenciaga tuxedo. His look featured a single-breasted two-button jacket in black lightweight fine wool with a black satin peak lapel, straight-leg pants, and a white popeline shirt. He finished the ensemble with a Balenciaga Couture bow tie and cummerbund in black satin, and Rim Derbies in black glazed leather.
Mark Eydelshteyn
Mark Eydelshteyn wore a made-to-measure version of Look 3 from the Winter 25 collection. His tailored jacket and pants in dark navy wool pinstripe were paired with a baby blue cotton poplin shirt, a bordeaux and navy silk tie, a tailoring belt in black calfskin, and Monsieur Derbies in black carrera lux calfskin.
