Christian Louboutin introduces the ASTROLOUBI, their new youthful must-have sneaker. It’s a bold, 90s street-style inspired silhouette, borrowing the aesthetic of the era’s iconic basketball and skate sneakers. Launching in five colourways including 90s brights, cool pastels and a pared-back minimalist version, each iteration comes in an exciting mix of materials and textures such as luxurious smooth calfskin leather, soft suede, sleek satin and laminated nappa.

The trimmings details, strong graphic lines, signature spikes on the back counter, ‘CL’ varsity logo on colourful outsole and the ubiquitous red sole, are all hallmark elements celebrating the Maison’s unique style. Featuring a sporty technical silhouette, the construction of the ASTROLOUBI is bursting with innovations. The studied assembly of the upper elements onto a stretch, lightweight, knitted tongue associated to the soft and flexible strobel sport’s lasting construction and light cupsole, will cuddle, cradle and cushion the foot like never before.

In terms of comfort, this is Christian Louboutin’s lightest low-top sneaker ever produced. It’s 20% lighter than its all leather counterparts, and, for the first time, it has been granted a featherlight, breathable lycra-covered open foam Loubi red footbed as well as a durable, fast drying, red lining. Indeed, with the ASTROLOUBI, ballers won’t just bounce – they’ll fly!

The ASTROLOUBI comes in five colour combinations, namely White/Loubi, Titan/Supernova, Kismet/Supernova, Studio Green/Lilac, and Multi Foam/Navy.

Showcasing an array of Maison Christian Louboutin signature details, the Astroloubi is inspired by the basketball sneakers of the 90s. A sophisticated style combining green veau velours, Ultramat metallic leather in Supernova yellow and purple suede. A lightweight, sporty design, this model also has a heel tab making it easy to slip on. This on-trend model in playful, retro colors features spikes at the back and a CL varsity monogram on the side.
