١. VICTORIA BECKHAM x MANGO

Fashion designer Victoria Beckham, known for her elegant and wearable designs, is collaborating with Mango to release a capsule collection on April 23, 2024. The collaboration combines classic British luxury with Mango’s contemporary design, celebrating the brands’ shared values of style, quality, and femininity.

The collection includes precision-tailored clothing with unique twists, versatile knitwear, and feminine dresses, as well as bags, accessories, and shoes that are expected to be in high demand. ٣. Saudi International Luxury Week Returns Brighter Than Ever

The dates for the 2024 Saudi International Luxury Week have been announced. The event will take place in two cities – Jeddah from April 27 to April 30, and Riyadh from May 5 to May 9. This year, the event in Riyadh has been extended by a day due to popular demand. Over 100 international brands will participate in the premier watch and jewellery event in Saudi Arabia.

Visitors will have the opportunity to explore unique pieces, rare gemstones, loose diamonds, natural pearls, and exquisite new creations. The event will also feature a curated selection of handcrafted Swiss-made timepieces, high jewellery, bridal sets, and innovative fine jewellery. Some of the brands participating in the event include Akillis Paris, Fabergé, Franck Muller, Montegrappa, Silvia Furmanovich, and many more. The event will be held at Jeddah Hilton and Riyadh’s Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah and is supported by Lucid Motors.

The Palestinian artist, Saint Levant, performed at Coachella this year and dedicated his performance to the people of Gaza. During his time on stage, he sang some of his hit songs like “Very Few Friends” and “Nails”, and also performed his song, “From Gaza, With Love”. The 23-year-old singer also took the opportunity to address the crowd about the ongoing conflict and devastation in Gaza.

٧. Boucheron Reveals New Creations for Quatre 20th Anniversary

Boucheron has recently announced the release of new creations for their iconic Quatre collection, commemorating its 20th anniversary. The collection features four patterns from Boucheron’s archives and three colors of gold, began with a ring in 2004 and has since become a jewelry icon. To celebrate, Boucheron’s Creative Studio has designed anniversary creations featuring stackable rings and bracelets that multiply the Quatre codes.

The new Quatre Classique pieces bring a fresh perspective to the classic collection. Tory Burch has launched a new collection of fragrances, called the Essence of Dreams. The collection consists of five fragrances that feature exclusive Middle Eastern ingredients and blends.

The fragrances are Atlas Oud, Daring Rose, Enduring Leather, Infinite Oak, and Luminous Musk. All of them have scents curated from premium perfume-making, and have the ability to transport you to another realm. They also fit perfectly with the region’s demands.

٩. L’Oréal Saudi Arabia’s Hairdressing Academy Celebrates Inaugural Graduation of Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University

L’Oréal Saudi Arabia, in partnership with Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, has announced the successful graduation of the first group of students from its hairdressing certification program. The program was designed specifically for Saudi women and demonstrates L’Oréal’s commitment to empowering women in the Kingdom’s private sector through skill development in the beauty industry. Nine students have completed a rigorous 6-month program, which included 800 hours of theoretical learning, hands-on practice, and internships in top salons in Dammam.

The program has been remarkably successful in empowering Saudi women, with 67% of graduates already securing positions in renowned salons in Dammam. This achievement highlights the program’s effectiveness in providing career opportunities for Saudi women in the beauty industry. It started after Ramadan 2024, and it will continue to equip Saudi women with skills in the beauty industry, while also supporting local salons to improve their Saudization rates.

١٠. LOEWE Paula’s Launches Ibiza 2024 campaign.

The LOEWE Paula’s Ibiza collection draws inspiration from the iconic Paula’s boutique, symbolizing the countercultural movement of the 1970s and island living. Featuring a playful summer wardrobe suitable for both urban and holiday settings, it embodies LOEWE’s trademark ease and craftsmanship.

For women, the collection offers fluid femininity with graphic prints on dresses and shirts, paired with asymmetrically hemmed ruffle miniskirts. Men’s wear highlights include oversized tops and West Coast-style shorts. Artist Douglas Abraham’s hyper-coloured prints adorn T-shirts, shorts, and swimwear.
