١. Saint Laurent SS25

Saint Laurent’s essence is steeped in the complexity of its archetypal woman, far removed from the simplicity of classic muses. The Saint Laurent woman embraces her darker inclinations, reveling in the interplay of danger and pleasure, a reflection of her modern agency.
Under Anthony Vaccarello’s vision for Spring Summer 25, once again, this duality flourishes, capturing the independent spirit that has long defined the House. Elements of Yves Saint Laurent’s iconic style—fluid suits layered over structured blazers—speak to the elegant sophistication intertwined with instinctual desire.
As the show unfolded, it became clear: YSL doesn’t just participate in Fashion Week—it subtly claims the spotlight. After all, who wouldn’t want to channel their inner Saint Laurent?
٢. Stella McCartney SS25

The Stella McCartney Summer 2025 collection rethinks ideas of power, sensuality, and sport with soft, touchable fabrics in light colours, accented by red and sky blue. The highlight is the Stella Ryder, a new vegan bag with a curved shape, inspired by a horse’s back, reflecting Stella’s love for animals. Models carry Stella Times newspapers to share the collection’s message and her eco-friendly approach, with 91% of the clothes made from sustainable materials. Classic Savile Row tailoring gets a fresh update in Stella’s neutral tones, with strong-shouldered men’s jackets and slim blazers for women, matched with wide pants, pleated culottes, and shorts.
٣. Balenciaga SS25

Balenciaga enthralled one and all with their fashion-forward collection in Paris, with it featuring standouts like skin-tone bodysuits and pantashoes with detailed embroidery, knitting, and jacquard trompe-l’œil lingerie designs. Backless silk dresses have tight corset-style lacing, while ‘super-low-waist’ bootcut jeans show off precise darting for a fitted look. Lightweight cropped cocoon jackets are structured with neoprene layers. There are also thigh-high boots made from ‘super-low-waist’ jeans, lined with technical knit fabric. Traditional wardrobe pieces are combined to create edgy, “fashion victim” silhouettes that stand out.
٤. Georges Hobeika SS25

This Spring 2025 Ready-to-Wear collection from Georges Hobeika is inspired by the wild and exotic world of crocodiles and snakes, showing the strength and adaptability of these animals. These reptiles symbolize resilience, and their ability to blend into their surroundings shows how well they adapt, surviving with little change over time.
Like them, we learn from our environments, adapting to new situations and letting go of what no longer helps us. In doing so, we transform into stronger, more beautiful versions of ourselves. The collection honours this process, encouraging us to embrace our inner strength and ability to adapt as we face life’s challenges.
٥. Valentino SS25

The Valentino “Pavillon des Folies” Spring/Summer 2025 show was a vibrant and theatrical celebration of creative director Alessandro Michele’s bold vision. The collection was the ultimate homage to Valentino’s legendary archives, particularly those of the ’70s and ’80s. Michele reimagined gender norms in this collection, blending traditionally masculine and feminine elements in striking, avant-garde silhouettes.
Key highlights of the collection included exaggerated shapes, rich textures, and a focus on daring combinations that pushed boundaries. Michele maintained Valentino’s flair for drama, incorporating intricate embroidery, luxurious fabrics, and bold colours that felt both nostalgic and futuristic. A masterpiece from Valentino’s jewel in the crown, who has only recently been at the helm.
٦. McQueen SS25

The Spring/Summer 2025 collection from McQueen, led by creative director Seán McGirr, draws heavily from the brand’s historical designs, especially the “Banshee” series. This approach, which made sure to highlight Celtic roots, resulted in bold, black dresses, adorned with thorn-like details and dreamy pieces such as a delicate lilac gown featuring intricate silver stitching.
The lineup showcased plenty of glamorous outfits ideal for the red carpet, including a striking white chiffon mini dress complemented by a gold beaded jacket. McGirr’s creations elegantly fused strength and sophistication, featuring elaborate elements like glistening silver chains. This showed that he has truly mastered the signature McQueen aesthetic in remarkable fashion.
٧. Rabanne SS25

The Rabanne Spring-Summer 2025 collection blends everyday style with high fashion. Julien Dossena lit up the runway with layered, eye-catching outfits – the materials, like frosted knits, shiny lace, and metallic fabrics, giving a feel of both industrial design and a futuristic look. Colours like mint, rose, lilac, and baby blue create a mix of sweet and clinical vibes.
The Parisian vibe was given off by the classic preppy pieces, like rugby shirts and ties, which were transformed into stylish windbreakers and skirts. There are also simple, everyday pieces like a chambray jacket, a leather coat, and blazers with drawstrings. One standout is a black jacket with sequin details, revealing a studded apron and kilt underneath. Rabanne also introduced the Artisan Editions, reimagining its classic 1969 bags.
٨. Zimmermann SS25

Zimmermann paid tribute to the hit film ‘Morning of the Earth’ with their PFW collection. The collection, aptly named ‘Illumination’, is a depiction of the film’s grounded appeal and how it translates into a modern celebration of humankind’s symbiotic relationship with nature. It thrilled with its poetic duality, accessories and bags that made a statement on the runway.
٩. Chloé SS25
Chloé’s Chemena Kamali second collection dances on the line between nostalgia and the present, capturing that fleeting essence of summer. It’s a journey through textures—sun-faded lace guipures mingle with the softness of worn cotton jersey, creating an intimate dialogue between the precious and the everyday.
The palette whispers of lazy afternoons: apricot, shell white, and pale yellow evoke the sun’s warm embrace, while dusky blues and lavenders hint at twilight’s allure. The collection blooms with a print of hand-painted roses and peonies from 1977, adding a touch of whimsy to the modern landscape.
It’s a reminder that sometimes, in the dance of coming and going, we find joy in the little moments—like slipping on a favorite sundress and twirling into the sun. After all, who wouldn’t want to wear a little bit of summer all year round? We know, we do.
١٠ Dior SS25

Maria Grazia Chiuri’s Dior spring-summer 2025 collection invites a dialogue between garment and wearer, as if each piece were a storyteller, sharing the narratives woven into its creation. The focus shifts from mere aesthetics to the artistic process, exploring the intimate bond between the body and its attire, blurring the lines between intention and function. Chiuri revives cuts from the archives, notably the Amazone dress conceived by Christian Dior in 1951, evoking a sense of autonomous femininity and a nod to strength of spirit. This interplay of past and present allows for a fresh interpretation of classic elegance, where each silhouette resonates with a sense of empowerment.
As models glide down the runway, it feels like a celebration of history meeting modernity—because who wouldn’t want to wear a piece of fashion history while strutting into the future? After all, it’s all about making a statement, one stitch at a time.
١١. Coperni SS25
Now that was a show to remember. A whimsical mix of naive youth and disaffected rebels unfolded amid a fantastical setting—villains, mermaids, and even Kylie Jenner made appearances. As the clock struck midnight, I reluctantly left Disneyland Paris, techno reverberating through the Magic Kingdom.

Fashion Month often feels like stepping into an alternate reality, but this event cranked the surrealism to new heights. Backstage, Sébastien Meyer and Arnaud Vaillant revealed they’d been preparing for this groundbreaking show at Disneyland for two years. Initially pitched as a small collaboration, it blossomed into a spectacle beyond their wildest dreams. With Sleeping Beauty Castle as the backdrop, the finale exploded with fireworks and lightning, an epic conclusion to the magical evening.
١٢. Louis Vuitton SS25
French fashion exudes a unique soft power, blending tradition and modernity with a distinctive flair. Louis Vuitton’s Spring-Summer 2025 collection captures this essence, oscillating between structured softness and ethereal lightness. Each piece plays with contrasting elements, from delicate silhouettes to bold patterns, creating a visual dialogue that intrigues. The incorporation of Laurent Grasso’s artwork adds a layer of depth, while Jamie xx’s In Waves provides an atmospheric soundtrack, further enhancing the experience.
This season is a celebration of fluidity, where femininity is both resolute and graceful. As the collection unfolds, it feels like a stylish reminder that in fashion, just like in life, the most compelling narratives often arise from unexpected contrasts. And who doesn’t love a little surprise on the runway?
