The curated set menu reflects a harmonious blend of simplicity, tradition, and gourmet finesse, priced at AED 400 per person. Guests are invited to savour a one of a kind four-hands lunch experience, and indulge in a culinary journey, starting with the Amuse-Bouche featuring a Hummus cone with pine nuts and caviar lemon, followed by the Starter—Labneh paired with citrus-infused confit salmon, Kalamata olive tartare, samphire, and salmon eggs. The Main Courses boast exquisite dishes such as Lobster with freekeh, fennel, and kumquats, alongside Veal fillet adorned with sumac crust, kefta, and a colourful medley of carrots.
