The Main Courses boast exquisite dishes such as Lobster with freekeh, fennel, and kumquats, alongside Veal fillet adorned with sumac crust, kefta, and a colourful medley of carrots.

Concluding on a sweet note, the Dessert offers Baklava infused with orange blossom, pistachio praline, accompanied by mastic ice cream, while the Petit Fours present delightful treats like a Mouhalabieh lollipop and Medjool date stuffed with halawa, adorned in grand cru chocolate. This rendezvous celebrates the culinary artistry and cultural richness embodied by these two renowned chefs.
