Dubai Fitness Challenge

Stay active with 30 days of the Dubai Fitness Challenge!

The Dubai Fitness Challenge is an exciting month-long celebration of fitness and wellness. It is a challenge to complete 30 minutes of exercise every day for 30 days, making it a month that promotes fun and productivity in a healthy manner.

An initiative commenced by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, the challenge aims to inspire everyone to create a fitness-focused mindset and seek healthy, active lifestyles. It debuted in 2017 and has become a staple of the region, inspiring over 2.2 million people to pursue an active and healthy lifestyle.

This year’s Dubai Fitness Challenge began on October 28 and will wrap up on November 26. Taking place at various locations across the city, it will be spearheaded by two flagship events – the Dubai Ride, the city’s biggest cycling event, and Dubai Run, the world’s largest fun run. They will be held on November 12 and November 26 respectively.

“Dubai is a city that recognises the importance of physical, mental and social well-being, and constantly strives to provide everyone opportunities for an active lifestyle. All it takes for you to succeed is an unyielding pledge to enjoy 30 minutes of activity for 30 days. I challenge each and every one of you to embrace your fitness journey and make a difference in your life. Together, let’s make the UAE the most active country in the world.”
