The restaurant, led by Fernando Trocca, has invited Javier Rodriguez and Julieta “Chula” Galvez from Argentina to share their talent using local ingredients to create delectable dishes.

The menu includes a selection of hand-picked wines that perfectly complement the dishes’ flavours and aromas. Javier Rodriguez, the Argentinian entrepreneur and chef behind this dining experience, is celebrated for his innovative, artistic dishes, which have earned him critical acclaim and awards. Likewise, Julieta “Chula” Galvez, is a pastry chef specialising in edible flowers, brings to the table her international experience and acting background, having recently collaborated on an edible art exhibition.

The variety of flavours showcased on this exclusive menu is truly remarkable. Among the dishes on the exclusive menu will be Tartare Tonnato, Hokkaido scallops, South American Smoked Provolone Humita, and Grilled Maillard Duck with Pine nut purée. Together, these dishes create a terrific medley of flavours.
