Ling Ling

A great dining experience at the Atlantis Royal.

Ling Ling at the Atlantis Royal is a haven for exquisite rooftop dining and entertainment in Dubai. This Asian fusion sensation isn’t just a dining spot; it’s a statement of luxury and exclusivity. From the minute you make your entrance through Atlantis’ opulent lobby, you are greeted by a feeling of opulence, one that subtly promises a special culinary delight for the evening.

Ling Ling

Upon arrival, Ling Ling captures your attention. You’re met with an atmosphere that radiates luxury and dominance, underscored by the high ceilings, marble floors, and columns. The space is further animated by strategically placed LED screens, adding a dynamic and modern flair.

The cocktail menu is a testament to Ling Ling’s mastery of flavours. The Gheng Du is a standout, a harmonious blend of sweetness and infused tea flavours that tantalize the palate. The Penang cocktail, on the other hand, offers a phenomenal citrusy twist, although it ultimately plays second fiddle to the Gheng Du’s brilliance.

The service here is excellent. Ricardo, our Brazilian server, personified elegance and attention to detail. A special mention to the vivacious bartender, who delivered our drinks with an irresistible blend of charm and professionalism. While you enjoy it, you are also treated to the view at the restaurant, which is nothing short of majestic. It offers a sweeping vista of Dubai’s skyline and the Palm, ensuring a backdrop as impressive as the venue itself. Perhaps the only lingering criticism is the fact that it is almost too impressive, for it ends up overshadowing the commendable cuisine on offer a little bit.

In essence, Ling Ling is a destination worth experiencing at least once for its dining, but more so for its vibrant party atmosphere. It’s a venue that caters to all kinds of tastes and expectations, offering an experience that’s as much about being seen as it is about dining and entertainment.
