Bulgari Hotel Roma is the second hotel in Italy and ninth of jewels in the worldwide Bulgari Hotels and Resorts.

On June 9th, Bulgari Hotels & Resorts opened its newest luxury hotel, the Bulgari Hotel Roma, in Piazza Augusto Imperatore, 10. The hotel was unveiled in front of distinguished guests, including Zendaya and Priyanka Chopra Jonas – Bulgari’s brand ambassadors. Featured as part of the star-studded event was the Augustus Emerald Monete Sautoir, a stunning piece surrounded by over 600 carats of emerald beads and a bronze Roman coin depicting Tiberius Augustus.

The festivities began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by Bulgari Group CEO Jean-Christophe Babin, accompanied by Rome’s Mayor, Roberto Gualtieri, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and Zendaya. The hotel was praised as a contemporary and innovative Roman monument that seamlessly combines hospitality, gastronomy, and culture, according to Babin. Aside from its status as a cultural centre, the Bulgari Hotel Roma also boasts a public library dedicated to Roman arts and architecture, along with unique statues from the Torlonia collection.

Vincenzo Falcone, General Manager of the Bulgari Hotel Roma, expressed his delight at leading a team of world-class professionals who provide the impeccable service for which Bulgari is renowned. With 114 luxurious rooms and suites designed by the renowned architectural studio ACPV Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, this hotel exudes historic elegance mixed with modernity.

In the evening, the celebrations continued on the 5th floor, where Italian musician and composer Saturnino captivated the audience on the beautifully illuminated outdoor terrace of Il Ristorante – Niko Romito. From there, guests marvelled at the splendid views of the Mausoleum of Augustus. In celebration of the occasion, 200 drones lit the Roman sky, leaving a lasting impression.

With Bulgari’s loyalty to luxury, art, and craftsmanship, the Bulgari Hotel Roma is truly a gem in the Eternal City. With its seamless integration of tradition and innovation, it sets the bar high for contemporary hospitality and adds to Rome’s splendour.
