١. Abu Dhabi Art unveils over 100 participating galleries for its 16th Edition

Abu Dhabi Art has announced its 16th edition, taking place from November 20 to 24, 2024, at Manarat Al Saadiyat, featuring 102 galleries from 31 countries. Under the patronage of Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, this year’s fair will showcase modern and contemporary art, along with three new sectors: Something Bold, Something New, highlighting regional modern artists; The Collectors Salon, showcasing historical artefacts and manuscripts; and Silk Road: Drifting Identities, focusing on artists from Central Asia and the Caucasus. With expanded sections and a diverse range of participating galleries, this year’s event promises to be the largest yet, making it a must-visit for art lovers.

٢.  Pasquale Bruni selects Georgina Rodriguez as the face of its new campaign in the Gulf countries

Pasquale Bruni, the famous Italian jewellery brand, is launching a new communication campaign from Sindalah, a new island in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The campaign will feature Georgina Rodriguez, a well-known figure in the Arab world, who has often worn the brand’s jewellery. It will start at key locations in Sindalah, like the National and International Airport, and expand to digital and print ads across Gulf countries, including Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. This campaign builds on the brand’s presence in the Sindalah Department Store, where a new boutique will open soon. A special two-day event from October 23 to 25 will welcome 250 influential guests to explore the island. Creative Director Eugenia Bruni praised Georgina’s vibrant personality and connection to the jewellery. The campaign will highlight several iconic collections and roll out in phases over the next few months.

٣. The Coffee Club opens its 19th UAE outlet at Oasis Mall for its 10th anniversary

This cosy spot has over 60 seats, perfect for shoppers and commuters looking to relax with a coffee. ٤. Repossi launches New Fall-Winter High Jewellery Campaign for The Blast Collection

Repossi has launched its new Fall-Winter campaign for The Blast Collection, inspired by tribal gold bangles and ethnology. Designer Gaia Repossi continues her signature style of stacking pieces, featuring unique items like earcuffs, long rings, and cuffs. The collection showcases Repossi’s signature gold tones, including light pink gold with diamonds and dramatic black gold. Initially introduced as a high jewellery line, Blast is now available as a crafted jewellery collection with the same meticulous finishing. ٥. World’s first Museum of Candy is set to open in Dubai this November!

The Museum of Candy, the world’s first museum dedicated to everything sweet, is opening soon in Dubai on Umm Hurair Road. It promises a fun day out with colourful attractions, including a giant lollipop forest and a pool of sprinkles, perfect for Instagram photos. The opening date was changed from Halloween to Friday, November 15. Visitors can explore over 15 themed rooms and eight zones, featuring interactive experiences with candy canes, gummy bears, and more. There’s also a Candy Lab where guests can make their own candy and enjoy free treats like unlimited ice cream. The museum will be open from 10 AM to 11 PM on weekdays and until midnight on weekends, located near the Oud Metha Metro station.
